Our Chief Executive Officer and President, Armando Anido, our Chief Financial Officer, James Fickenscher, and our Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, Will Sargent, will present to various investors during the month of January 2010. A copy of the presentation materials is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference. This presentation will first be used during a one-on-one meeting on January 11, 2010. Mr. Anido is scheduled to give this presentation at 7:50 a.m. PST on Thursday, January 14, 2010 at the 28th Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference (the “Conference”) to be held January 11 – 14, 2010 at the Westin St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco, California.
An audio feed of the presentation at the Conference will be simultaneously webcast on Auxilium’s web site at http://www.auxilium.com and archived for future review until on or about ninety days after the Conference. The presentation materials will also be available on Auxilium’s web site until on or about February 14, 2010.
