ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS.
On January 5, 2010, the Company issued a press release announcing that it will provide private scheduled demonstrations of its latest developments in both display systems and Opcuity films during the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, from Thursday, January 7, 2010 through Saturday, January 9, 2010. Private meetings will be scheduled for potential development or distribution partners, and customers. The press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, incorporated by reference herein, and the description of the press release is qualified in its entirety by reference to such Exhibit.
