On December 23, 2009, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.27 per share to be paid to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2009 and payable on January 15, 2010. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
