On November 23, 2009, Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended October 31, 2009. The Company also posted on its website (brcd.com) slides and prepared remarks regarding such financial results and forward-looking statements relating to the Company’s estimated fiscal 2010 financial results and market opportunities. Copies of the press release, slides and accompanying prepared remarks by the Company are attached as Exhibits 99.1, 99.2 and 99.3, respectively, and the information in Exhibits 99.1, 99.2 and 99.3 is incorporated herein by reference.
