The management of Essex Rental Corp.
(the “Company”) will hold presentations for certain stockholders, potential
investors and their representatives regarding the business and historical and
projected financial performance of the Company and its consolidated subsidiary,
Essex Crane Rental Corp., at the Oppenheimer 4th Annual
Industrials Conference on November 18, 2009
and the KeyBanc Capital Markets 2009 Engineering & Construction Conference
