On November 6, 2009, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Verizon Communications Inc. (“Verizon”) designated Daniel S. Mead a member of the Verizon Wireless Board of Representatives (the “Board”), pursuant to Section 3.3 of the Cellco Partnership Amended and Restated Partnership Agreement dated April 3, 2000, as amended. Mr. Mead replaces Dennis F. Strigl, who resigned from the Board on November 6, 2009 in connection with his upcoming retirement from Verizon.
