Pop N Go (the "Company") issued a press release, dated
November 3, 2009 entitled-"Pop N Go and AVT Open Midwest Region Office in Bentonville". The entire release reads as follows:
WHITTIER, CA-- -Pop N Go, Inc. ( POPN) announced today that the Company and AVT, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AVTC), a leading manufacturer of cutting edge vending machines, have expanded their previously announced strategic alliance with the opening of an office in Bentonville, Arkansas. The office will serve as a base from which to launch national accounts programs for Pop N Go's patented popcorn vending machine.
Pop N Go's patented "watch it pop" fresh popcorn on demand technology coupled with AVT's patented Touch Screen vending system, a credit and debit card reader and a 22" LCD topper display using AVT's IVIDS system will optimize "out of home" advertising opportunities for national brand manufacturers while delivering store specific messaging.
