(b)(c) On October 15, 2009, Regions Financial Corporation announced that Vice Chairman O.B. Grayson Hall, Jr. has been named President and Chief Operating Officer of Regions. Mr. Hall is a member of the Board of Directors of Regions and also serves as a director of ZEP, Inc. C. Dowd Ritter remains Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Regions.
