On October 15, 2009 the Board of
Directors of Enerlume Energy Management Corporation appointed John Ekregen, age
61, as Acting President. Mr. Ekregen has served as President and
Chief Executive Officer of the Guest Company from 1991 to 2001 and as President
of Pyramind Technologies Industrial, LLC from 2002 to 2006. Since
2006 John Ekregen has served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales for
Enerlume Energy Management Corporation.
